SESSION LENGTH

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, structured with clear intent from start to finish. Each block builds on the previous one, nothing is arbitrary, and nothing is rushed.

Sessions take place in a professional training facility designed for one-to-one coaching. The environment is focused and appointment-led, allowing work to be completed with minimal distraction.
