If you are unable to attend the in-person assessment in London, the virtual longevity assessment provides a remote alternative. Rather than in-person testing, we review your training history, lifestlye habits, recovery, and movement capacity to identify the key constraints affecting your progress. This allows us to establish clear priorities before any programme begins.
