WHY ASSESSMENT COMES FIRST
Every coaching relationship begins here.
Training without context leads to assumption and guesswork.

The Longevity Assessment provides structured insight into how you currently move, perform, and recover. It identifies strengths, constraints, and priorities before any programme is written. This ensures decisions are informed, not improvised.
WHAT IS COVERS
WHAT THE LONGEVITY
ASSESSMENT ACTUALLY IS

Lifestyle and Training History
A structured review of your training background, injury history, workload, sleep patterns, and lifestyle constraints. Understanding context prevents inappropriate programming.

Movement and Capacity Analysis
A structured review of your trainingEvaluation of movement quality, mobility restrictions, and relevant strength indicators. This establishes a baseline for intelligent progression.

Aerobic Fitness & Longevity Markers
Assessment of cardiovascular fitness, aerobic capacity, and key longevity indicators such as blood pressure and recovery efficiency. These metrics provide insight into long-term health, resilience, and training readiness.
INTERPRETATION
HOW THE ASSESSMENT IS USED
The assessment is not a report to be filed away. It is actively interpreted and used to determine how you should train.
INFORMATION GATHERED
All findings from your movement, strength, recovery, and lifestyle review are consolidated into a clear baseline profile. This provides context, not isolated data points.
INTERPRETED BY COACH
The information is analysed to identify priorities, limitations, and realistic progression pathways. Numbers alone do not dictate programming, interpretation does.
TRAINING PHASE SELECTED
You are placed into the appropriate phase of training based on current capacity and long-term objectives. Progression begins from where you are, not where you wish to be.
COACHING PATHWAY RECOMMENDED
Based on your goals and constraints, the appropriate coaching format is recommended:
In-person, online, or independent. The framework remains consistent, only delivery changes.
